How it works
Same standard
Every partner property meets the Foresteria Genova requirements: registered contract, terms in writing before signing, furnished property in full compliance, accurate photos and availability, reply within 2 working days.
Direct enquiry
The form on each listing writes directly to the landlord of the property, who replies and negotiates independently. Foresteria Genova receives a copy only to count enquiries and check response times: it takes no part in the negotiation and does not pass it on to other landlords.
No intermediation
Foresteria Genova does not put the parties in contact, receives no commission and is not a party to the contract. The company is free to choose whom to contact.
